And the Kop icon has expanded his role with the broadcaster, who are preparing to broadcast a whopping 700 MATCHES across several competitions next season.

Gerrard will be a “regular presence throughout the campaign”, giving his takes on the Premier League, Champions League and FA Cup matches aired by the broadcaster.
