Prince Harry has shared a new update on how Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet have been settling into school life in the UK – and it all seems very positive

Prince Harry has shared a rare update on his children following their school move.
Harry, Meghan Markle, and their children arrived in England on August 26, just in time for Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to begin. their fall term at their new UK school alongside their classmates. However, just two days into the term, the Sussex children switched schools due to security and logistical concerns regarding their commute.
It is understood that unexpected heavy traffic on the route from where they were living to the school meant a 30-minute journey turned into an hour’s journey at rush hour. And sources close to the couple claimed that sitting in traffic heightened their security fears as it left them as “sitting ducks”.

Now they have moved school there is no longer security and logistical concerns regarding their commute. Now, a few weeks into the term, Harry said things are going “great.”
The children’s new school is just a short drive from their temporary home, avoiding built up areas. The Mirror is not identifying the schools or the family’s location.
Earlier this week Harry opened up on some parenting struggles he and Meghan Markle have faced since moving to the UK to start a new life. During his annual appearance at the WellChild Awards in London this week the Duke of Sussex, 42, opened up about breakfast that morning with Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, as the family settles into its new routine in the UK.

He told Hello! Magazine: “At breakfast this morning, they had a bit of Monday morning blues. There’s always something like Sunday night blues or boarding school… when you’ve been away, or before you go to school.”
He then tried to lift the mood by telling them about his day and the wonderful children and families he would be meeting later that day at the WellChild Awards.
He said: “I decided, ‘You know what? You’re being a little bit tricky, so I’m going to tell you exactly what I’m doing tonight. And they were genuinely fascinated and asking all sorts of questions. So, like with all of my work and their mum’s work as well, whatever we can do to try to instil some of that awareness, I think is absolutely crucial.”
But now Harry has given a more positive update on the children. The Duke of Sussex spoke with CTV News on Friday, shortly after parachuting from a plane north of Toronto to raise money for two veterans charities.
“It’s been great. It’s been great to be back on British soil. The kids are happy in school and it gives me a chance to be able to really focus on the Invictus Games in Birmingham in July next year,” he said.

It comes after parents visiting the school where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have moved their children to have received warnings over taking photos of pupils. Guidance has been issued over the expected conduct of parents and care-givers of students at the village prep-school, after the Duchess of Sussex’s phone number was shared from a parents’ WhatsApp chat.

Parents at neighbouring schools, which play sport against each other, have been reminded to only take photos of their own children when supporting the team. In a letter sent to parents this week, one school stressed “the importance of only taking photos of your own children”.
