Meghan Markle dances around in a birthday tiara while Harry says ‘oh dear’ in new video as she celebrates turning 45
MEGHAN Markle shared a cringey clip of her dancing around the kitchen in pyjamas and a tiara to mark her birthday.
Hubby Harry, 41, could be heard saying “oh dear” as the Duchess of Sussex – who turned 45 yesterday – boogied around their California home.
Donning a loose fitting t-shirt emblazoned with “It’s Giving Mrs”, Meghan beamed as she waltzed around the kitchen to a birthday tune.
Harry chuckles in the background of the footage, which was shared to Instagram, as his wife disappears from view behind an array of balloons.
Another clip posted on social media shows the pair hilariously attempt to put party hats on their two dogs, Mamma Mia and Pula.
The pooches are less than impressed as the Duke and Duchess try to hold the paper accessories on their heads.
Meghan can be heard laughing behind the camera before joking: “Oh no, okay, let’s take it off. I’m sorry.”
The couple are understood to have spent the day with their two children, Archie, seven, and Lilibet, five, at their Montecito home.
Meghan yesterday thanked her social media followers for the “birthday love” as she shared pictures of herself jumping into a pool.
Two black and white photos show the mum-of-two beaming in a swimsuit as she plunges into a pool armed with a dozen balloons.
Meghan also bizarrely wished herself a happy birthday with a gushing post on her As Ever business account, while promoting its products.
Sweet snaps showed the ex-Suits star posing outside her home and as a youngster featured alongside a picture of marmalade and strawberry jam.
The Instagram post was shared with the caption: “Happy birthday to our founder, Meghan.”
“Lighting No. 084 to celebrate!”, it added, in reference to Meghan’s candle range.
Meghan’s birthday celebrations come just days after the Sussexes returned from holidaying in Europe.
The family had travelled to mainland Europe ahead of Harry’s return to the UK.
During their trip to Britain, they enjoyed tea with King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove, it was confirmed by Buckingham Palace.
It was the first time the monarch had seen his daughter-in-law and grandchildren since 2022.
Harry is thought to have met his father and stepmother for more than an hour.
It’s not clear where the Sussexes had been holidaying beforehand, but it appears they stopped off in Portugal.
